Christina Aguilera – Wembley SSE Arena 9-10 November

If you can’t resist a walk down memory lane, travel back in time to the early 2000s, when the powerful vocal acrobatics of this starlet were the soundtrack to an era. With too many hits to mention, the multi-award-winning star went from a teen icon to a sultry star, and after a break focusing on family and other career activities, she’ll be back on tour this November.

A new album in the making means there will be new music to enjoy, as well as masterpieces from her back catalogue. With two nights at one of the biggest venues in the city, it’s best to grab tickets as soon as you can before they sell out.

To get there, head to Wembley Park Station on the Metropolitan line. As the show will end late, it can often be more convenient to book in an overnight stay – lookout for offers on Shoreditch London accommodation for a comfortable stay.

Vampire Weekend – Alexandra Palace – 14 November

New York’s brightest indie-pop masters are back in London to showcase their latest album, as well as revisiting plenty of fan favourites from the past. With perfectly sing-along melodies, heartbreakingly poignant lyrics and effortless style, what’s not to love?

They’ll be performing at the illustrious Alexandra Palace in North London. Be aware that it can take around 40 minutes or more to get there from Shoreditch, as the journey involves both a train and a bus transfer so allow plenty of time for travel, to make sure you don’t miss the show.

Jools Holland & His Rhythm N’ Blues Orchestra – Royal Albert Hall 15 – 16 November

The multi-talented Mr Holland is always a sight to behold, and these special performances are an incredible opportunity to enjoy his extensive back catalogue. You’ll see the pianist, composer and singer perform with his long-time band, as well as special guest performances from other equally impressive artists. With the splendour of the beautiful Royal Albert Hall around you, this is guaranteed to be a memorable night.

Just a few minutes’ walk away from South Kensington Station, it’s easy to get to the Royal Albert Hall by Tube. Enjoy the night at your leisure with stylish accommodation at the M by Montcalm Shoreditch London, providing you with a stylish and relaxing space to unwind after your night out.

Little Mix – O2 London – 21 – 22 November

As part of their epic stadium tour, pop starlets Little Mix are showcasing their brand new album, “LM5”, as well as promising fans plenty of their greatest hits. With a reputation for putting on a great show, it’s definitely worth grabbing the chance to see them live when you can.

Their earlier dates sold out promptly, but luckily for fans, they’ll be returning back to London later in November. You’ll find them at the O2 near North Greenwich, and it’s the perfect excuse for planning some London weekend breaks. It can often means a late finish, and as the stadium is further away from central London, getting out can be tiresome, so make it easier on yourself by booking in a night’s stay, so that you can relax in popstar-style after the big event.

Billy Bragg – Islington Town Hall 21 – 23 November

If you’re looking for a night out with fantastic tunes that will make you think hard about the serious stuff in life, then Billy’s your man. The iconic folk-rock singer will be performing for three nights at the Islington Town Hall, giving you three opportunities to catch him live while he’s on tour.

Easy to get to, the Islington Town Hall can be found a short walk away from Highbury and Islington Station. If you’re staying at the M by Montcalm Shoreditch London, it’s just a quick ride away on the Overground from Shoreditch High Street.

Pizzagirl – Shacklewell Arms 26 November

A little further afield from the M by Montcalm is nearby Hackney Downs, you’ll find one of the city’s best pub venues for live music. If you’re keen to be ahead of the trends and want to catch emerging artists before they make it big, the Shacklewell Arms is the perfect spot for atmospheric gigs in the tiny back room. What it lacks in glamour and sophistication, it more than making up with a roster of incredible talent.

Pizzagirl is not a girl, or has anything to do with pizza, sadly, but is the solo music venture of Liverpool-based artist, Liam Brown. Expect sunny, 80’s inspired pop tunes that are perfect for dancing and singing along to. After the gig, be sure to check out the main pub too – as well as having an excellent selection of drinks, you can also dig into a selection of over 50 different types of burger.
