The English National Ballet On Tour

The English National Ballet hosts a packed touring summer season, with regular stops in London’s venues. Mariinsky Ballet Perform Swan Lake

The Mariinsky Ballet will be performing their rendition of Swan Lake at the Royal Opera House this summer, from 27th July – 7th August. Arguably the most famous ballet in the world, with a score by Tchaikovsky and the famous tale of Swan Queen Odette, Swan Lake is sure to delight guests of all ages. Performed by the Moscow City Ballet in London’s beautiful and historic Royal Opera House, the company includes former luminaries of the world-famous Bolshoi Ballet, and will be bringing their classical Russian balletic style with opulent costumes sure to capture the imagination. The Northern Ballet Perform Goldilocks

Saturday 17th June will see a stunning family-centred ballet performance of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, one of the Northern Ballet’s ‘Short Ballets for Small People’. Telling the famous tale of mischievous Goldilocks and her accidental encounter with three bears and a several bowls of porridge, the ballet is the perfect introduction to ballet to younger fans whilst ensuring it will keep adults entertained, too. Running at a child-friendly 40 minutes, there will be two performances. Advanced booking is strongly encouraged as tickets are selling fast.

The Natalia Kremen Ballet Foundation Gala

Presenting a gala performance of various balletic works, this event on 18th June will raise funds for the London-based foundation. Taking place at Cadogan Hall at 7pm, attendees will be helping to grant all-important scholarships to talented youths without the financial backing to receive ballet training. The Natalia Kremen Foundation is determined to help ensure every gifted dancer has the right start, regardless of their income. Including performers of world-renown, the gala will include a mixture of new and old dance pieces.
